Add Test Recipient

The API is used to add test recipient.
The Other parameter includes Email ID or Mobile No or Both. The optional parameters include FirstName, LastName and Custom Fields.
The Details File downloaded in the form of zip if Download As Zip File is checked or download simple text file.
