Monthly Campaign Wizard – Finalize

MailDirect displays the Monthly Campaign Finalize Page.

The page displays Monthly Campaign Name, Type, Email, Lists, Sending Day, Expiry Date and Send Email Alerts

To details, Total Recipients along with option to download Recipients mapped with or without Custom Fields.

For alerts to Email Click on this button
Monthly Campaign created Alert send to email/s entered in Email ID field.
Send Reports in two formats In Embedded and attachment
In Embedded format it send Monthly Campaign summary as HTML format.
In As attachment format it send Monthly Campaign summary as download.

Monthly Campaign Name	Displays name of Monthly Campaign
Monthly Campaign Type	Displays Type of Monthly Campaign selected
Email	Displays Name of Emails Mapped to Monthly Campaign
Sending Day	Displays Sending Day for Monthly Campaign selected
Lists Mapped	Displays Number of Lists Mapped
Recipients	Displays Number of Recipients Mapped with download option(with and without custom field)
Expiry Date	Displays Expiry Date of Monthly Campaign
Active button	If clicked on active, Monthly Campaign is active to send Monthly Campaign for the selected sending day of Month and displays in active tab in Monthly Campaign
Done	If clicked on done, Monthly Campaign is planned and displays in planned tab in Monthly Campaign

Note: Users who fail to configure DNS records, such as DMARC, SPF, and DKIM, will have an error message popup and won't be able to continue until DNS records are configured. At this stage the user is not allow to activate Monthly Campaign when map email with domains that do not have DNS records configured.
