Reminder Wizard – Finalize

MailDirect displays the Reminder Campaign Finalize Page.

The page displays Reminder Name, Reminder Type, Email Name, Mapped Field, Number of List Mapped, Total Recipients along with option to download Recipients mapped with or without Custom Fields, Expiry Date and Send Email Alerts To details,

For alerts to Email Click on this button
Reminder created Alert send to email/s entered in Email ID field.
Send Reports in two formats In Embedded and attachment
In Embedded format it send Reminder Campaign summary as HTML format.
In As attachment format it send Reminder Campaign summary as download.

Field	Description
Reminder Name	Displays name of Reminder
Type	Displays Type of Reminder selected
Email	Displays Name of Emails Mapped to Reminder
Field	Displays Name of field selected
Lists Mapped	Displays Number of Lists Mapped
Expiry Date	Displays Expiry Date of reminder
Active button	If clicked on active, reminder is active to send Reminders for the selected day and displays in active tab in reminder
Done	If clicked on done, reminder is planned and displays in planned tab in reminder

Note: Users who fail to configure DNS records, such as DMARC, SPF, and DKIM, will have an error message pop-up and won't be able to continue until DNS records are configured. At this stage the user is not allow to activate Reminder when map emails with domains that do not have DNS records configured.
