The View Engager Statistics displays the list of Email Campaigns Send, whenever the View Engager is triggered based on View Engager Selected.  User can select All Campaign Send or based on the Date Range Selected. The Campaigns are grouped based on the Email mapped to the View Engager.

This section displays the two drop-downs

1. View Engager List

2. All, Date wise (Engager)


When users selects any view engager from view engager list drop-down, and select all option from other drop-down and click on Show button, MailDirect displays Email Details which is mapped to the view engager screen.

Email Mapped to View Engager


Available fields email mapped to view engager are explained below,


Email Name:  This field displays Email Name Mapped to the view engager.


Recipients:  This field displays total number of recipients mapped to the Email Mapped to the view engager.


Views:  This field displays total number of recipients who have viewed Email Mapped to the view engager.


Clicks:  This field displays total number of clicks of the links in the email (if any link has been sent) Mapped to the view engager.


Bounces:  This field displays total number of Bounces of the Email Mapped to the view engager.


Forwards:  This field displays total number of recipient to whom email campaign forwarded by user, which is Mapped to the view engager.


DT (MB):  This field displays total data transfer (in MB) of the Email Mapped to the view engager.


When user click on Plus icon near email name MailDirect will displays Email campaign statistics of email which is mapped to the view engager.

Available fields at email mapped to view engager details is explained below,


Campaign Name: - This section displays Email Campaign name.


Recipients:  This section displays total number of recipients mapped to the email campaign.


Views:  This section displays total number of unique views of the email campaign, it also display ratio (%) of total unique views.


Clicks:  This section displays total number of unique clicks of the links in the email campaign (if any link has been sent), it also display ratio (%) of total unique clicks.


Bounces:  This section displays the number of emails bounced.


Hard Bounce:  This field displays the total number of email addresses          from which the campaign has bounced due to domain of email id does not exist.  It also shows ratio (%) of the hard bounces.


Soft Bounce:  This field displays the total number of email addresses from which the campaign has bounced due to Server down or if mail box is full. It also shows the ratio (%) of total soft bounces.


Forwards:  This section displays the total number of recipient to whom email campaign forwarded by user.


Data Transfer (MB):  This section displays the total Data Transfer of the email campaign in MB.


Status:  This section displays the status of email campaign weather its completed or not.
