Description

Account Details

This section displays the basic account details. The available fields are explained below


  • Client Name:-This field displays the client name.
  • Client Code: - This field displays the client code.
  • Database ID: - This field displays the client Database ID.
  • Encrypted User Name - Encrypted User Name for API Requests
  • Encrypted Password - Encrypted Password for API Requests

MailDirect Details

This section displays the MailDirect details for the respective user.

The available fields are explained below


  • MailDirect License Type:-This field displays the type of license issued for MailDirect to the respective user (for running email campaigns). 
  • Total Email Recipients:-This field displays the total number of recipients to whom the respective user can send email campaigns.
  • MailDirect Data Transfer:-This field displays the permissible data transfer for the respective user (in MB per month).
  • Features:-This section displays all the active and inactive features available in maildirect service, like Regular Campaign, Engager, Reminder, RSS Feed, Monthly Campaign and View Engager, click Responder, Auto Campaign, Template Campaign, Group Campaign, Result Based Campaign and Logo with their functionality.

SMS Direct Details 

This section displays the SMS Direct details for the user. The available fields are explained below -


  • SMS Direct License Type: This field displays the type of license issued for SMS Direct to the respective user (for running SMS campaigns).
  • Total SMS Recipients: This field displays the total number of recipients to whom the respective user can send SMS campaigns.
  • Total Remaining SMS Quota: This field displays the remaining SMS quota balance. 
  • Features: This section displays SMS Direct functionality, and also shows weather this feature is active or inactive.

Survey Details

This section displays the Survey details for the user. The available fields are explained below -


  • No. of Surveys Allowed:   This field displays the number of surveys allowed for the user.
  • Features: This section displays Survey functionality, and also shows weather this feature is active or inactive.


When user clicks on Request Features button , MailDirect displays the Request Services popup screen.
