Custom Field
- These fields enable users to run personalized campaigns, which gives campaign recipients a feeling that the user knows them and is aware of their business needs. This, in turn, helps to generate more responses for the campaign.
- The user can add up to 50 personalization fields (5 default fields and 45 users -created custom fields) in a campaign message.
- The personalized fields are replaced by the content stored in the Recipient Field when the Email/Sms Campaign is send.
