Create Engager

The API is used to create engagers (plan and activate).
The parameters include Engager Name, Email ID, Email ID Days, List ID, Schedule Hour, Schedule Minutes and Alert Emails.
The Details File downloaded in the form of zip and text.

10	Output Format	The Format of the file to be downloaded for details. i.e. csv or xml or json
11	Download As Zip File	The Type of file to be downloaded for details. i.e. zip or text
