The email campaign statistics provides the details of Email Campaign send along with the details of Viewed, Clicked, Bounced and Unsubscribed Recipients. The locations and the device details of the Viewed and Clicked Recipients are provided. The reports can be downloaded in csv format.
This section provides instructions on how to view email campaign statistics. When user clicks on Statistics link from Top Menu MailDirect displays the Statistics screen, by default Email campaign Section selected.
