Introduction

The List Manager menu enables users to create or search for a contact list, add recipients with their contact and other information, edit recipient information, subscribe or unsubscribe recipients to the selected lists, manage recipients blocked from any campaign updates, delete recipients from the database and search for recipients in the database.

User can download Blocked Email IDs, Unsubscribed Recipients, Restricted Recipients, Recipient Tracker and Blocked Mobile Nos. Download page allows to download month-wise Subscribed and Unsubscribed Recipients.

Users can add contact details and other basic information of recipients. The lists have to be attached to campaigns in order to send campaigns to recipients. A list can have a public name (that acts as an alias name).

Apart from List Management, the user can create Test List i.e. List to Send Test Email/Sms to Verify the campaign before firing the Campaign.

User can import Recipients from Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail accounts
