Survey Statistics

The SMS campaign reports provide the details of Active and Expired Surveys and its Response details. This section provides instructions on how to view Survey Statistics. When user clicks on Statistics link from Top Menu, MailDirect displays the Statistics Menu on the left, Click on Survey Statistics to view Survey Statistics Home Page.
