Unsubscribe Reasons


  • In the Recipient's Unsubscribe Page, there is a provision for the Recipients to provide the Reason to Unsubscribe. Default Reasons are provided in form of Drop Down. In additional, Customized Reasons can be provided, by using this section.
  • This section provides option to display the Unsubscribe Reason List, Add Reason, Edit Reason and Delete Reason.
